ركود سوق السيارات المصري.. متى تنتهي الأزمة وينتعش السوق؟

تأثر سوق السيارات في مصر بشكل مؤلم بتأثيرات عدد من الأزمات والتحديات المحلية والدولية، أهمها الضغوط التضخمية نتيجة انخفاض قيمة الجنيه المصري أمام الدولار الأمريكي. ونظراً لتأثير التطورات الجيوسياسية والحرب في أوكرانيا وآثارها البعيدة المدى التي أثرت على نشاط وحركات السوق، فضلاً عن تراجع المشتريات المرورية، فمن الواضح أنها تتأثر بـ”الاختناق الشديد”. ومبيعات السيارات.

وتكشف أرقام المبيعات التي تحققت في الأشهر الخمسة الأولى من العام الحالي مقارنة بالعام الماضي عن مدى التراجع الذي واجهته الصناعة. وفقًا لأحدث الأرقام للفترة المذكورة أعلاه والتي نشرها مجلس معلومات سوق السيارات (AMIC):

وانخفضت مبيعات سيارات الركاب الخاصة (السيارات الخاصة) بنحو 73% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.
وبلغ إجمالي مبيعات (الملكي) حوالي 21,877 وحدة، حيث بلغت مبيعاتها في الأشهر الخمسة الأولى من عام 2022 80,275 وحدة.
وانخفضت مبيعات الحافلات (بجميع أنواعها) بنسبة 55.5% (سجلت 3346 وحدة مقابل 7521 وحدة في نفس الفترة من عام 2022).

ومع وصول أسعار السيارات الجديدة إلى مستويات قياسية (صفر)، يعاني السوق من تراجع، كما يتعرض سوق السيارات المستعملة لضغوط أيضا، مع ارتفاع الأسعار إلى مستويات قياسية.

إلى أين يتجه سوق السيارات المصري؟ ما هي العوامل التي ستساعد في إنهاء الأزمة الحالية؟

وتحدثت صحيفة اقتصاد سكاي نيوز عربية مع عدد من الخبراء في قطاع السيارات في مصر للوقوف على أسباب الأزمة والعوامل التي قد تؤدي إلى نهايتها بما يعيد الاستقرار إلى السوق ويضمن مستويات الأسعار المناسبة مرة أخرى.

الركود لأسباب دولية وإقليمية

في البداية، قال المستشار أسامة أبو الماجد، رئيس جمعية تجار السيارات، إن سوق السيارات شهد تراجعاً كبيراً في المبيعات خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري، موضحاً أن هناك عدة أسباب لهذا التراجع. إقليمياً ودولياً، ومن الأسباب ذات الطبيعة الدولية «تأثير قرار الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الأميركي برفع أسعار الفائدة عدة مرات هذا العام وتأثيره على الأسواق»؛ يحتوي على نتائج. حول الحرب في أوكرانيا وعواقبها، وخاصة تأثيرها على قطاع الطاقة وتأثيرها على شركات السيارات. على سبيل المثال، قررت الشركة ما يلي: “تبحث شركة فولكس فاجن عن مصنع خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي بسبب نقص إمدادات الغاز الطبيعي.

وعن المشكلات المحلية التي تزيد من تفاقم تراجع سوق السيارات المصري، أشار رئيس جمعية تجار السيارات إلى سببين رئيسيين: الأول، وجود صعوبات في الحصول على النقد الأجنبي، خاصة منذ انخفاض قيمة الدولار، مما أدى إلى تفاقم الأزمة. الأزمة الحالية. وبما أنها موجودة في كل ما يتم استيراده من الخارج، فقد تم إيقاف الواردات فعلياً وهذا ما حدث في الأسواق.

ثاني تلك العوامل مرتبط بارتفاع معدلات التضخم، وهو ما أدى لارتفاع أسعار السيارات وقطع الغيار بصورة قد لا يستوعبها المستهلك أو حتى التاجر.

  • أظهرت بيانات المركزي المصري، ارتفاع التضخم الأساسي (الذي يستثني الطاقة والغذاء) إلى 40.7 بالمئة على أساس سنوي في يوليو من 41 بالمئة في يونيو.
  • كما أظهر استطلاع أجرته وكالة رويترز أنه من المتوقع أن ينمو التضخم في المدن المصرية مجددا في يوليو بعد أن وصل إلى أعلى مستوى على الإطلاق في يوليو مع استمرار ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية.

وتوقع أبو المجد، أن لا يتغير وضع السوق الحالي عن ما هو عليه قبل النصف الثاني من العام المقبل 2024، حتى يتم استيعاب تبعات ما أفسدته الحرب في أوكرانيا واستمرارها على ذلك النحو، مشيراً إلى أنه حتى وإن انتهت الأزمة الحالية فسيظل تأثيرها مستمراً لفترة تتراوح بين ستة أشهر لعام.

وأضاف أيضاً أن تحركات الفيدرالي الأميركي وقراراته “أفسدت أموراً تحتاج سنوات لإصلاحها”، على حد قوله، فضلًا عن وجود قوانين من شأنها وضع قيود على الاستيراد مثل استيراد السيارات المستعملة.

من ناحية أخرى، قال منتصر زيتون، موظف قسم السيارات، إن حالة الركود التي شهدها سوق السيارات المصري والتي استمرت حتى النصف الأول من العام الجاري، تراجعت قليلاً منذ شهر يوليو من العام الماضي، مشيراً إلى أن انتعاش السوق محدود. وعلى صعيد زيادة الطلب، «فإن بعض الناس الذين كانوا ينتظرون انخفاض الأسعار استسلموا للأمر الواقع، معتبرين أنهم استمروا في الارتفاع حتى قرروا الشراء (بالسعر المرتفع الحالي)».

وأوضح سبب بقاء سوق السيارات راكدا بسبب تراجع قيمة الجنيه المصري أمام الدولار والإفراج المفاجئ عن أموال ساخنة بمليارات الدولارات.
